Submitting a Refund Application

  1. If you use the writing services we provide, you are eligible to apply for a refund but you need to do so within two weeks of the order deadline ending. There are no time restrictions in place where a refund application concerns plagiarism. However, our company will require indisputable proof in the form of a credible plagiarism report that we are liable for the offence in question.                

NB: We regard to be a trustworthy plagiarism checking system so we accept reports produced by this system and from Turnitin partners such as iThenticate and WriteCheck. However, we do not regard to be entirely reliable nor do we accept that hand-written file notes represent concrete evidence of plagiarized content.                  

  1. Where we are asked to complete papers that some of our customers started, we only accept responsibility for the sections completed by our own writers since we only test these parts for authenticity.      
  2. In situations where customers express themselves dissatisfied with the work they receive, we investigate each case in detail and report our findings in three to four days. Full or partial refunds are issued to customers with valid cause for dissatisfaction.        


  1. Our company provides no-cost revisions for up to two days after the deadline comes to an end. After this time period, we will need a new order to reimburse our writer if revisions are still required. We will not be able to offer the customer any further refund in cases where our writer consents to provide revisions for no additional reward.           
  2. Customers who have longer papers of 20 pages or more can avail of free revisions for up to one month after the deadline comes to an end.     
  3. Free revisions cannot be offered in cases where original instructions have been changed. A new order may additionally be requested if a customer fails to provide crucial materials until a piece of work has begun or is finished.            
  4. Each revision request will require a new completion date to be agreed. Some revision types may require 24 hours to complete, most noticeably if reassigning a particular order proves difficult or the instructions are especially complicated. However, we strive in every case to ensure deadlines are met.             
  5. We emphasize that customers should monitor their personal profile pages and email for possible correspondence from our company’s representatives. Customers do not always remember to include critical materials when submitting orders. However, to ensure the best possible results, every customer is responsible for providing us with the necessary resources.
  6. An "Extended Revision" option can be chosen while the order is placed on the web-site. It costs 30% of the order price. There is not the option to reimburse this fee in case the revision is not needed. A free revision can be made within 14 days. However, the client cannot ask to make the changes which differ from the initial instructions.

Full Refund

  1. Our company may offer customers a full refund in cases of error, e.g., if the customer orders a duplicate paper or our company charges a wrong amount. Our support team will, upon request, cancel any redundant orders.    
  2. Our company will offer customers a full refund if a writer cannot be assigned.       
  3. If our company issues a full refund, the customer should not make any further use of any materials provided.         

A Partial Refund

  1. Our company may offer a partial refund (recalculated according to the correct order length) if the customer erroneously selects the wrong size paper.  
  2. Our company may offer a partial refund if the customer erroneously selects an educational or writing level that is incorrect.      
  3. Our company may offer a partial refund if the instructions provided by the customer are somehow contradictory

Late Verification

  1. Our representatives may request that customers verify an order with a view to preventing Internet fraud. The deadline will not begin until the requested information is received. Where customers are late providing verification, they may request an extended deadline or, if an assignment is required urgently, place another order to compensate our writer.       

Word Count Issues

  1. The number of words per page is estimated at 300 and the length of an order is calculated on total word count. One obvious exception is technical papers, which are mainly of a numerical nature. As a result, cost is based on how complex or difficult an assignment is.       
  2. Requests for PowerPoint presentations and speaker notes. Customers can request speaker notes for their PowerPoint presentations. We usually provide 100 to 150 words of notes per slide.        
  3. Our company calculates the price of online or web-based tests on the premise of 5 questions to a page and on the overall number of questions (multiple-choice type questions included) in an assignment. A 30-question test equates, therefore, to a 6-page order.            


  1. Our company will require additional payment for quicker or early delivery. This means an additional compensatory order will be required to bridge the cost difference. We will not be able to offer the customer any further refund in cases where our writer consents to deliver a paper early for no additional reward.          
  2. Late delivery on our company’s part means the customer will be offered at least some refund, especially if we did not agree the lateness with the customer or try to arrange the deadline extension.        

Order Type

  1. To avoid confusion, we ask that customers choose the right order type, e.g., “Book Review” or “Essay.”    
  2. “Rewriting” is a process whereby an original text is paraphrased or reworded so that it appears different. No extra compensation will be needed unless the customer requires any components that look like fresh content, e.g., additional research, text or sources.         
  3. Timely replies are much appreciated, particularly if customer approval or input is needed. Therefore, we remind customers to monitor their messages carefully in case we are trying to contact them.
